Oh hey! I'm so glad you're here :)

Who am I, you ask?

My name is Melissa and I really like to write. One day after college I convinced my closest friends to start a blog with me. So we did and it's been a wonderful gift to share my writing here in the online world and do it alongside my besties. Though, I love my besties and may continue to contribute to the blog we started a handful of years ago, I decided it's time to create a new space.

Why? I don't know. It just makes sense. When I convinced my friends to start our blog, the vision was to encourage other young adults who love Jesus in their faith, by sharing the things we were walking through and offering the wisdom our experiences gave us. While, I hope to encourage anyone who finds themselves here, it will look much different because where I was then, is different than where I am now.

So what can you expect in this space? You can expect...

• Laughter; my mom used to say it's the best medicine!

• Emotional safety; it's okay to feel all the things here, it is a judgment free space <3

• Mundane moments; sometimes we just need something relatable.

• Jesus; because He is my best friend, my confidant, my Savior, my peace and my greatest treasure.

• Serious, silly and perhaps some spice; by nature I am serious, I have a silly side that I'm learning to love and I can be a bit spicy at times.

• Grace and growth; progress over perfection is what I strive for.

• Authenticity and honesty; the real will be kept here.

Life is wild and we weren't meant to live it alone! My hope and prayer is that this space would be refreshing and life giving for us all. I look forward to what is to come and can't wait to journey with you!
